Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to agree to these terms and comply with the laws and requirements applicable where you live, including Malaysia where relevant.

Crypto assets, foreign exchange and other financial products may carry substantial risk, including losing the capital invested. Previous performance is not a reliable indication of future results, and the platform does not offer financial advice.

Acceptable use

Unlawful conduct, unauthorised access and activity that interferes with platform operation are not permitted.

Updates to the service

Features may be changed, temporarily suspended or improved when necessary to maintain security, reliability or service quality.

Limits of responsibility

As far as applicable law permits, Maybank Investment will not be liable for indirect losses arising from or associated with use of the platform.

Changes to these conditions

We may amend these terms periodically. Using the service after an amendment becomes effective indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
